Session Techs at The Dinner Bell will have a lot of contact with customers. The job involves assisting customers while they make their own meals. You will set up work stations with the ingredients for the recipes, re-fill containers, make sure all ingredients for the recipes are either at the station or at their location in the refrigerator. When the customer is finished, you will help them load their meals into coolers and clean up the station and the area around the station. Session Techs will also deliver dirty dishes to dish wash area, pick up and shelve clean dishes. Session Techs should be flexible in job duties and be willing to do jobs outside of their specific job description. Session techs may be required to work on the food assembly line.
Food Prep and Assembly Techs
Food Prep and Assembly Techs prepare food and assemble “To Go” meals. This position is behind the scenes and involves working more with other employees and less with customers. The job involves cleaning, trimming and cutting meats and vegetables and assembling the “To Go” meals using TDB (The Dinner Bell) recipes for walk-in customers. Assembly Techs should be flexible in their job duties and be willing to do additional jobs as requested by management.
